On veganism⋆˙⟡

Intro

Hi! im Remi, ive been a vegetarian since 2012 and a vegan since 2021. I've always known in my heart that i love animals but before taking up vegan lifestyle my actions didnt always align with my values.
When i watched the famous youtube documentary 'Dominion' i felt that the industries i was supporting when buying groceries, clothes and entertainment didnt align with the world i want to strive for, so i changed my lifestyle accordingly.
i stopped eating animal based products, did research about which skin care brands test on animals and swapped out my leather and animal based clothing items for plantbased or synthetic ones.
For me, doing all of this took time, it didnt happen from one day onto the the next, even though i wished i couldve done so but research takes time and implementing changes is trial and error.

with this page i hope to offer some resources for those who are interested in veganism.

so without further ado! (❀❛ ֊ ❛„)♡

persons of note

here ive compiled a small list of Vegan activists and persons of note within the movement that i look up to

Ed Winters

AKA earthling Ed is probably one of the if not the most well known spokespersons for veganism and the animal rights movement in the world

he's a bestselling author, youtuber, podcaster and all around great debater.
i really look up to him for his resilience and knowledge as an activist.

Clif Grant

Clif Mainly works as a street outreach activist. he posts many of his conversations with non-vegans on his instagram profile.
i really admire him for his patience and approach to peaceful conversation in the outreach he does.

Joey Carbstrong

joey is a british animal rights activist and is the producer of the documentary 'pignorant' for the filming of which he put his life on the line to gain access to visual footage on the killing of pigs in CO2 gas chambers.
I look up to joey for his immense bravery and perseverance for the animals.

Tash peterson

tash peterson is a divisive outreach activist.
Her methods of activism are more on the controversial side but i admire her for her bravery to go out of her comfortzone to shake people to action
